CASE Consultants were commissioned by Dean & Dyball Civil Engineering to act as engineering sub-consultants for an exclusive residential development for The Dartmouth Land Company.
This involved the design of the piles and reinforced concrete ground beams for the 46 unit development constructed adjacent to the Dart Marina Hotel on the quayside at Dartmouth.
CASE Consultants also designed a 5m extension to the north quay to enable the end 4 storey unit to be constructed, and a 1.5m high extension to the full length of the existing quay wall to allow for rising sea levels.
The Practice also designed the foul and stormwater drainage, new sections of quay wall to enable four slipways to be infilled and a new bridge anchorage to allow access onto the Marina pontoons.
