CASE Consultants were commissioned by Midas Homes Ltd to act as Civil & Structural engineering consultants on the project.

CASE Consultants carried out the structural design of all foundations (both piled and traditional strip footings), reinforced concrete ground beams and all structural elements within the houses and four storey flats.

The site was challenging and involved the design of high retaining walls in a variety of materials to border the site on two sides, some integral with the flats and some supporting a public highway.

CASE Consultants undertook the design of extensive temporary works, up to 11m in height, to support the road and existing high stone boundary wall.
